nhanThis is one of my dream trail destinations hehe. Too bad I missed it... It looks awesome in the pics. Did you pass by both routes to the falls? Did you bike from Burger King to the trail head or you guys commuted?

bro we did bike all the way... we started from san isidro and frankly speaking i can't recall the trail once we're inside the jungle... it's actually a hiking trail, riding in the stream... along the riverbed... easy to get lost... we arrive at sta. inez around 2 pm from that route den arrive 3:30 at the falls... den we do the normal route sta. inez to hi-way..and pedal all the way back home... i got home 11 pm... but worth the effort and experience. i can guide you using the normal trail, but doubtful pa ko on the other trail if i still memorize it. just pm me bro if you want so we can sched this ride.

goldxci think this time we should consider hiring a truck to load our bikes and ourselves to take us nearest to the trailhead so we could save on energy/stamina. at the same time - if we could start pedalling early i'm sure we could finish the ride early perhaps we could manage to pedal back home before 5pm? or arrange the same truck to be back at the drop point at a designated time? in this way - we could cover a wide area or route not worrying that we would be "laspag" after the ride - coz anyway we won't be pedalling back home ;D what do you think

great idea bro., with that in place we get to do pure trailriding lang, the energy is centered on the trailriding itself and not on the pedal to and from the trailhead.
let's plan this bro. this will be one great ride for summer '07.

sir we can pedal all the way there because from trailhead (coming from the hiway) there are no uphills upto sta. inez proper, then rolling hills from sta. inez proper to falls. The only drawback is the pedal from mang vics upto the trailhead, which will pass the garden cottage pa. or if we're to hire a jeep, why don't we hire from sta. lucia itself upto the trailhead? that save us enough time so we can reach the destination and go home early

Does that mean that it is all uphill from Sta Ines to the trailhead?
How about the other route near Mang Vics?

or if we're to hire a jeep, why don't we hire from sta. lucia itself upto the trailhead? that save us enough time so we can reach the destination and go home early for me - this is the better way to do it i'm just thinking kasi of the stories of the other hell riders after your ride nhan - they're not very encouraging ;D ;D ;D most especially the being home by 10pm - 11pm ;D i'm sure my wife will not be happy with it ;D ;D ;D
