we were at the timberland gate this morning. the guard wouldn't let any biker, motocrosser, vehicle through the gates without a valid i.d., we persuaded the head guard to let us through just today and to give us time to inform all bikers who frequent marat about the new rule.
if they become strict with this, we cannot exit through wawa, boso-boso or afp now without going back to the gate for our i.d's...grrrr

I was told of their plan 2 weeks ago by one of the guards. Does Filinvest own the road from the Timberland gate all the way to the highway near the Araneta gate? If that is private property then this is sad news.

Bro sadly, i think the answer is yes... since timberland will be an executive subdivision, the homeowners will demand privacy on their own subdivision especially access by outsiders which are not related or don't know them. Hmmmnnn... AFP reverse.. haven't tried... and don't like to try... ;D

Just tell the guard/s politely that you'll just be biking in Maarat and you'll be back in a couple of hours... with the right guard, they will let you thru without getting an ID.
