What is your worst riding injury you've experienced?
So far, I've only went over the handlebars (endo) once in the downhill portion of the Ka Vergel trail. The injury I had was a deep scratch in my shin caused by the pedal. Other than that, most were minor cuts and bruises.

i had lots of accidents.. 2x on my HONDA XRM motorcycle that put me in bed for 8days. 1x on my new HONDA WAVE 100R that hit my knees hard that i couldn't go to the office for 3days. i also got hit by a tricycle when i was a kid on our street that knocked me out for 2mins. got hit by a rolling pedicab that puts me underneath its passengers side (i was 8yrs old then), and the most embarrassing accident i ever had was hitting a small stone with my mountainbike's front tire then endo'ed infront of many people & GIRLS! gathering on a street party happening on our street! i will never forget that accident ever in my entire life! ;D ;D ;D

was cleaning the rear rotor of my bike last sun. poking a finger between the rotor arms. the bike was upside down. my 3yr old son suddenly spinned the crank. the rotor sliced halfway through the tip of my index finger. yummy
endoed twice going down afp during a heavy rain, couldnt see the ruts when the road turned into a creek hehehe
endoed also in mwss going down to tumana. looked over my shoulder while negotiating a curve (yes, twas stupid) front wheel hit the side of a driveway ramp. hit the curb face first, cracked my eyeball socket and sinus, glasses shattered and eyeglass frame twisted, 5-10 stitches under my eye and nose, had a seizure and amnesia. where am i? what year is it?

for me - to be a true mountain biker - one has to have trail riding battle scars in other words - endoing and crashing once in a while is not really bad ;D ;D that's just my personal view anyway

Hi guys im new here.
My worst crash was in 2004 in a highspeed downhill in the black-forest area in germany. Was at full speed when suddenly a Jeep appeared just few meters in front of me.... NO CHANCE TO REACT crashed with 60Km/h in it. My bike was completely destroyed, helmet broken ( big thanks to my helmet hehe ) the impact knocked me completely out for few minutes but i had really luck "just" broke a shoulder and some scratches everywhere. After 1 long year waiting and 2 operations i finally could bike again, of corse with a new bike.

My worst injury was when I sprained my left ankle.
We were going down an unfamiliar trail (my first time, yung iba kong kasama naka-ride na yata doon), when the person in front of me stopped. I thought may problem or the track was not rideable so I also stopped.
When I checked the rest of the track I noticed na mukhang kaya naman and I wanted to try it out. The track was medyo deep with the sides slope fairly steep. Hanggang tuhod ang lalim.
So I decided to go back up to try it again. Pag apak ko sa loob ng track dun ako napa-apak sa sloping side, then my ankle twisted, and with the help of me putting my whole weight on that foot I heard a pop, then di ko napigilan napasigaw ako.
Buti I was still able to pedal it all the way back home kasi road nalang ako dumaan...
