In my almost 2 decades of riding, most of my parts before are Shimano and the old Japanese Suntour-SR Sakae parts. I only used SRAM on the early 2000's and I found out that SRAM excells in shifting. But still am using shimano parts on my bike. My R3 Shift 3 Haro bike, has lower SRAM Models and PIVIT hubs, compared to my XT on my other bike, parang mas maganda ung SRAM , feel ko lang.

i have my sram x7 components all the way, avid and truvativ. very sweet for cross country and race.sram is cheap here in korea. thats why i afforded all of its components, 425 us dollars all in all, xr series truvativ, truvative blaze crank set and pedals.im planning to put it in my gary fisher marlin 2007 frame.all of its components. 1:1 actuation ratio is the best, very stable
