I use zefal dry oil but am already running low. Ride E.C. You're already running low because you're supposed to use it as bike chain lube only and not as something used to facilitate your erotic desires. ;D ;D ;D ;D Peace bro.

I use zefal dry oil but am already running low. What is a good replacement? I would like to try others? Do I need to have one for dry and another for wet riding conditions? Someone also told me thatr Singer oil is good. Ride E.C. i guess for the average dry riding conditions, the widely used chain lube is the White Lightning dry type lube i bought mine before at paulina's cartimar and in my view, if you can have one - it is better to have wet type lube for wet riding conditions use of other oils (wet type), like singer, for dry riding conditions - for me is also good as long as you wipe your chain with dry cloth to remove the excess/unwanted oil that may attract dirt and dust - this is always the advise from the numerous bike mags and articles on bike maintenance ;D How is the White Lightning dry lube? Maganda ba? How much?

How is the White Lightning dry lube? Maganda ba? How much? @mikei highly recommend the use of the White Lightning dry type chain lube it dries so fast to a wax type texture so it won't attract dirt and dusts i think i bought it before for P350 Du Pont lube works the same but i can't find any available stock right now at true value

A common mistake in bicycle maintenance is the use of deep penetrating oils on chains and bearings. Never use DW40 or similar products on your bicycle chain (or bearings). This type of product is too thin to cope with the friction of a fast moving chain drive. In addition this type of oil will actually remove existing lubrication on the chain and could cause lasting wear and damage to the bicycle chain and sprockets. Never spray this type of oil into bearing housing either for the same reason. This will dissolve the grease in the bearings and can cause a large amount of expensive and dangerous damage to your bicycle.
