betadine. we have a nurse biking buddy...he carries a complete first aid kit, makes me insecure when he cant come with us on a ride, hehehe.
used to bring superglue. read somewhere that you can use it to seal big cuts in the flesh to stop bleeding. but figured wont do it to myself when that happens so used the glue on my old shoe instead

a handy - pouch type - first aid kit which i bought from mercury but sometimes - i feel that it's just an added weight so i would often leave it at home ;D

A small pouch with a small bottle of betadine, cotton and band-aid. I also bring it only during long rides. In Maarat rides, I don't bring it anymore.

A small pouch which contains betadine, band-aids, gauze pad, cotton, medicine tape, assorted tablets (biogesic, alaxan, mefenamic acid, anti-allergy stuffs)

Alcohol, di lang pampamilya... pang-isports pa! Joke I never used to bring, never been to trails, siguro hiram na lang ako sa mga kasama ko if ever!

seriously, a Betadine spray, a gause pad and bandage is good enough as a first aid for some long/epic rides...
